¿个人及工作简历

徐晨婕，1994年9月生，江苏省无锡市人，副教授、硕士生导师。2021年毕业于天津医科大学，获医学博士学位。2021年8月入职杭州师范大学。 入选杭州市特殊支持人才项目以及科协青年人才托举工程项目。

¿教学及人才培养

为本科生讲授《医学导论》、《社会医学》及《卫生事业管理学》等课程；为研究生讲授《数字健康与卫生系统变革》课程。

致力于通过高水平科研实践赋能学生成长，形成“以赛促学、以研育人”的培养路径，助力学生实现学术发展与深造提升。指导本科生荣获全国第十九届“挑战杯”主体赛一等奖、浙江省第十九届“挑战杯”主体赛金奖；指导本科生获批承担“国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目”（重点支持领域项目）、“本科生创新能力提升工程项目”等科研项目；指导本科生及研究生在“精进杯”学生学术成果评选中荣获一等、二等及三等奖等奖项；指导本科生以第一作者身份在Nature Aging、Nature Communciations, Genome Medicine、BMC Medicine等权威期刊累计发表十余篇SCI/SSCI收录论文。系统锻炼学生从课题设计到科研实施的全流程能力，有效提升本科生的多学科交叉探索与前沿研究水平。所培养的本科生中，多人进入国内一流高校深造，其中包括被浙江大学录取攻读硕士学位，以及获得西湖大学直接攻读博士学位的资格。
