沈晨，1995年8月生，浙江省嘉兴市人。2025年公共政策博士毕业，自2026年起
在杭州师范大学从事行政管理学科专业的教研工作。现为杭州师范大学公共管理学院
行政管理系讲师。

¿科研论著及获奖                                    

近5年关注公共政策区域一体化，政民互动等领域，成果发表于《Public Admini
stration Review》、《Cities》、《Habitat International》、《Sustainable Cities
 and Society》等国外重要学术刊物。成果多次在 Annual Conference of the Asian
 Association for Public Administration，International Research Society for Public
 Management (IRSPM)等国际会议上进行口头汇报。

具有代表性的论文：
