¿个人及工作简历

秦上人，1987年3月生。管理学博士。现为公共管理学院卫生政策与管理系教授、硕
士生导师等。杭州市高层次人才特殊支持计划培养类人才。先后毕业于郑州大学、中山大
学、浙江大学；国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）公派资助前往美国留学（访问学者）
等。

  学术及社会兼职：担任《BMC Public Health》、《INQUIRY: The Journal of Health
Care Organization, Provision, and Financing》等相关SCI/SSCI期刊审稿人；担任浙
江省社会办医协会第二届自律维权专业委员会委员等。

¿教学及人才培养

为本科生讲授《公共管理学》、《卫生政策学》、《公共卫生事件防制概论》等课程；为研究生讲授《专业英语》等课程；参编省级重点教材《卫生管理学：理论与实务》，以及《医院管理学：理论与实务》等教材。

指导研究生获评优秀研究生学位论文；指导学生主持 “星光计划”大学生创新创业项目、“本科生创新能力提升工程”项目、大学生实践育人项目、全国卫生健康治理案例大赛、浙江省公共管理案例大赛等项目数十余项；指导学生获第二届全国卫生健康治理案例大赛全国特等奖、第十三届全国医药卫生管理专业本科毕业论文（设计）竞赛一等奖、第四届省公共管理案例大赛三等奖、第六届省公共管理案例大赛三等奖，等等。
